So we had an eventful weekend in good and bad ways. Clive turned 19 on 8 March so on Friday night we invited his friends for a braai. It was all going very well until there was an unfortunate incident that involved misunderstandings which led to broken glass, blood and a little fight, needless to say it spoilt the party, upset everyone, there was blood dripped all through the house and driveway, so at midnight I was still cleaning up and hosing down the braai area. Best forgotten it wasn't nice, where are the days of jumping castles and cupcakes?
On a nicer note Paul was baptised in the Catholic church on Sunday. He has been attending adult conversion classes for a while already but they said he should rather join the confirmation class (which Jane is in ), so in a couple of months he will be confirmed at the same time as Jane.
