We tried out our new kayaks in Langebaan today. We drove to Kraal Bay which is in the nature reserve and enjoyed some beginners fun. One day when we're experts we'll try and kayak across from Langebaan to Kraal Bay, but that will still be a while before we venture that.

The kayaks have been on the shopping list for a while already, a special offer and our imminent Easter camping weekend made it happen now. During the school holidays I think opa Rien will have fun with the boys kayaking in Langebaan. He came with on the shopping trip to advise us as we're the novices. Dan is now busy arranging a special roof rack so we take them on holiday with us to the Garden Route.
